Kitchen Hacks.

  • While roasting atta, rava, suji or any other masala always stir it on low flame instead of high flame, this would ensure your  recipe tastes lip smacking.

  • Never rush while cooking food, always do the preparations beforehand.

  • Add a pinch of salt in non dairy desserts to enhance the taste.

  • While roasting onions, add a pinch of salt or sugar so that it becomes golden brown in less time.

  •  If papad/cookies become moist, add Mint (Pudina) leaves for 3-4 hours in an air tight jar. Mint absorbs the moisture.
