Veggies & Curries Hack.

  • If you have old potatoes and wanna make it yummy add a little lemon zest and sugar as it will not lose the color of potato and will remian intact,.

  • While cooking alu-gobi, add little kasuri methi, ginger or ajwain as it will increase the richness and aroma

  • While preparing dum aloo, add cashew paste and cream as it will look more rich.. To make gravy more richer add pinch of besan.

  • While making bhindi add amchur powder (dry mango) in the beginning as bhindi will not turn black.Add 1 tsp dahi(curd) as it will not stick up in   the pan.

  • When making gravy always use hot water as it will make the gravy more rich.
